Sing with the PhilWe're always happy to meet new members! To join, simply turn up at a rehearsal, make yourself known to our registrar, Sue Stephenson, or to some other member of the Committee (anyone will point them out - we are a friendly lot). Then sing for a couple of weeks to see how you like us before doing a straightforward voice test with our conductor. Rehearsals are every Monday evening, 7.30pm to 9.30pm, at the Turner Sims Concert Hall. Membership fees are less than many adult education classes - full members £90, reduced subscription £76 and new members £45. Membership fees are one of the main sources of income used to pay for the promotion of concerts and the professional players and soloists we use. Rehearsals take place from September to June, with breaks for Christmas and Easter. See the Singers page for the current rehearsal schedule and directions.
